G3 offers services in civil engineering design, site planning, landscape architecture, as well as land surveying services for Commercial, Institutional, Municipal, and Residential land development projects. This firm has the staffing and resources to accommodate projects both large and small. Founded in 2011, G3 Engineering developed from a partnership between David Gantt, P.E. and Jim Green, P.E. In 2012, Felix Pitts, RLA, joined the team and brought with him Landscape Architecture expertise. With a combined 65 years of experience in both Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture, the Principals of this company understand the intricacies of developing real estate in the Southeastern United States. Their goal is provide unparalleled customer service, while retaining a cost effective fee schedule for their clients.
