At Brandt Meats, we serve you our best… Everyday! For 65 years, Brandt Meats has been proudly creating artisan quality deli meats in the European tradition. It all started in 1958 when Gerhard and Ida Brandt began crafting their traditional sausages and deli meat products in Canada. Quality is the first consideration of families when they choose their deli meats. As a family business, we make this a priority! Our quality is embedded in our traditional, time tested recipes. We use only the finest ingredients and take pride in the way we make our products. While our delicious recipes may go back for generations, our processing practices are modern and stringent.     Easter Brunch Perfection Celebrate with style and flavour with decadent Eggs Benedict featuring Brandt Black Forest Ham—a showstopping dish perfect for your Easter table. 🌷💛 Ingredients: 1 package Hollandaise sauce ¼ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar 8 eggs 8 slices Brandt Black Forest Ham 2 cups baby spinach, optional 4 English muffins, split in half 2 tablespoons butter, softened Directions: 1️⃣ Prepare Hollandaise sauce as per package. Keep warm. 2️⃣ Broil English muffin halves on a baking sheet until golden (about 3 mins). Set aside. 3️⃣ In a saucepan, bring 2–3 inches of water to a gentle boil. Add vinegar. 4️⃣ Crack eggs and carefully slip into simmering water. Poach 2½–3 mins. Remove with a slotted spoon and blot dry. 5️⃣ Brown Brandt Black Forest Ham slices in a skillet over medium-high heat. 6️⃣ Optional: Wilt spinach in the microwave with a splash of water (1 min covered).     🍀 St. Patrick’s Day Recipe: Corned Beef Grilled Cheese! 🍀 Looking to elevate your St. Patrick’s Day celebrations with a twist on a classic? Try this delicious Corned Beef Grilled Cheese! Perfectly crispy on the outside, melty and flavorful on the inside. 🧀🍞 Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil 1 medium onion, sliced thinly 1 cup Guinness Beer 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp grainy mustard 1 tbsp butter (room temperature) 8 slices Rudolph’s Bavarian Multigrain Bread 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 300g shaved Brandt Corned Beef Directions: 1. Caramelize the onions: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté until tender (5-7 minutes). Pour in Guinness Beer, cover, and simmer until liquid evaporates (25 minutes). Stir in Worcestershire sauce and grainy mustard. 2. Assemble the sandwich: On 4 slices of Rudolph’s Bavarian Multigrain Bread, add a layer of caramelized onions and 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Layer 75g of Brandt Corned Beef on top, then cover with the remaining bread slices. 3. Grill the sandwiches: Preheat your griddle on medium heat. Butter both sides of the sandwich.     Savour the Flavour with Brandt Kolbassa & Kuehne Sauerkraut! Looking for a hearty, satisfying meal that’s full of flavor? Try this Kolbassa and Sauerkraut Skillet, featuring the smoky, tender goodness of Brandt Original Kolbassa and the tangy crunch of Kuehne Sauerkraut. A perfect partnership for a savory and satisfying dish! Big thanks to Kuehne for collaborating on this recipe – bringing together the best of both worlds for a truly delicious meal. Ingredients: 1 package (16.9 oz.) frozen potato and onion pierogi 2 tablespoons butter, divided 2 tablespoons canola oil, divided 2 packages Brandt Kolbassa, cut in half lengthwise and sliced into 1/2-inch pieces 2 cups drained Kuehne Sauerkraut Salt and pepper to taste Sour cream, optional Chives for garnish Directions: 1. Cook the pierogi according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the Brandt Kolbassa and cook until lightly browned (2-3 minutes). 2. Add the Kuehne Sauerkraut, cook until heated through and slightly golden. Remove from the pan and keep warm. 3. Heat the remaining butter and oil in the same skillet. Drain the pierogies and add them to the skillet. Cook until browned (about 3-5 minutes). Add the sauerkraut and kolbassa mixture back into the skillet, tossing to coat. Serve with sour cream and garnish with chives for a comforting, delicious meal.
