?? Employee Spotlight ?? Corey Rowe has always been a man with a plan. When he joined the forklift industry a little over 10 years ago, he wanted to get to know the business by getting his hands dirty and learning every aspect of how the forklift works. The day he started as a technician, he said he wanted to do it for 10 years and then move up and over to sales. Last October, just weeks after hitting his 10-years in the industry, an opportunity came up for him to move into sales and he jumped on it. Switching from a technician to a sales rep felt natural for Corey, but it wasn’t without its challenges. He had to learn a completely different side of the business. But with his experience, determination, and grit, it didn’t take long for Corey to go from searching for a new path to becoming a sales rep with ambitious goals. While we always believed in him and saw his success, Corey was surprised to learn that in his very first quarter selling services, he earned Sales Rep of the Quarter.
