We are a full service Commercial General Contractor serving the Central Florida area. With our corporate headquarters located in Orlando and an office in Tampa, we are able to provide quality construction, budget driven to our many clients’ building needs. In 1997, founders Brad Watkins and Jeff Friedrich teamed up and combined their 40 years of construction experience to form the Friedrich Watkins Company. We specialize in many types of construction including: Theme Parks and Entertainment Construction; Ground Up and Stand Alone Buildings; Tilt-Wall Construction; Metal Buildings; Retail and Tenant Build Outs; Interior Alterations; Strip Centers; Resort and Hotel Renovations; Design/Build; and Construction Management. Our many projects can be seen at SeaWorld, Walt Disney World, Orlando International Airport, and throughout Central Florida. Locally, we have also built automobile dealerships, churches, restaurants and much more. Striving for the highest quality end-product, our projects withstand the mass traffic and occupancy that is often associated with theme parks and commercial enterprises which serve the public in multitudes.
