?? Meet Matthew Speed, AINS, API, our Regional Business Development Manager. Matt has been helping agents overcome market challenges and grow their agencies for over 24 years. His favorite part of what he does is getting to spend time with hundreds of agents every year to learn how to help them grow. ?? Get to know Matt outside of helping agents with Futuristic: Q: What are some small things in life that bring you a lot of joy? A: My Son, Jacob, my two dogs, Macy and Beau, and spending time with family and friends. Q: What is your favorite thing to do in your time off? A: I love the outdoors, exercise, and watching my son play baseball.
