We have experience working with MNCs and government entities across the Asia Pacific region, including prominent names in the real estate, financial services, manufacturing, and government sectors. As a result, we bring nearly three decades of diverse corporate experience and education to our new consultancy.     An amazing evening with Mimi Nicklin - Empathy Advocate at our very first collaboration and our first Jeffersonian-style dinner. A deep exploration on the role of leadership it’s impact on individuals, organisations and societies both now and into the future. What environment will future leaders operate in, what skills will be required, and how do we develop those skills for organisational cohesion, performance, and growth? What struck me (aside from 14 very unique perspectives) was the power of the Jeffersonian style and it’s ability to promote active listening and reflection for deep insight. We will definitely be doing more of these!

I 100% support awareness programs like R U OK and I also believe there is significant opportunity to consciously make a difference to how people experience life within organisations.
