Anthony brings over 25 years of experience as a Relationship Management Specialist, having served as Director of Relationship Manager of Prime Brokerage at BNP Paribas and Bank of America. He played a key role in integrating the BOFA PB Platform into BNP Paribas and managed an $8.5 billion Closed End Fund (CEF) financing platform. ? With over 15 years as a Platform Registered Options Principal (ROP), Anthony has excelled in reviewing and approving new option accounts. His leadership in sales calls, collaboration with IT to enhance client onboarding, and creation of new client interaction pathways have set new standards in client service. Anthony's strategic vision and development of real-time client analysis reports have significantly built robust client pipelines in his previous roles. With the upcoming launch of FUTU PRIME in 2025, we are committed to building a financial fintech company that is underpinned by robust technology infrastructure, offering a full spectrum of financial services. Edward brings over two decades of expertise in the financial industry, notably enhancing risk management processes. Edward's tenure as Head of Prime Brokerage Risk at Marex North America Securities LLC saw the creation of an extensive risk framework and advancements in Portfolio Margin methodology. His achievements at Clear Street include obtaining FINRA’s endorsement for the Portfolio Margin application and pioneering the development of multiple risk systems, such as the Reg-T margin computation engine. Edward’s strategic approach to risk policies and his development of real-time risk analysis reports have been vital in reducing risk and maintaining regulatory adherence.
