In this video, we test the position and velocity control of the JetQuad by attempting to take-off and land at the same spot (got close but no cigar). In the future we can upgrade the drone with an infrared beacon for precision Landing. The Axion is a jet-powered VTOL aircraft that is currently under development. It has two primary manned configurations - a single-person “flying racer” and a single-person medevac. Swapping between configurations will be a simple job that takes no more than few hours. We are pleased to offer the 8kWe ARC micro turbine generator in two distinct version now: LV (Low-Voltage) and HV (High-Voltage). LV version is the same as before capable of voltage output in the range of 25V-75V with an optimal output at 62V. The new HV version weighs an additional 2kg but is capable of outputting in the range of 250V-750V with an optimal output at 620V. The ARC-HV could be very useful particularly in applications involving fast DC charging of EVs or serving as an Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) for aircraft. To make the product even more versatile, all ARC generators now support two types of voltage outputs: DC and 3-Phase AC.
