JA Fellows students and alumni from Chula Vista Learning Community began the University of San Diego Real Estate Awareness and Diversity Initiative (READI) where they have the opportunity to explore career pathways in the commercial real estate industry. Students kicked off the program with a visit to Fuscoe Engineering, Inc. to gain insights into the field of civil engineering. Students spoke with several professionals about Fuscoe gaining insights into what it is like to work in the field and learn about different engineering concepts.
