Joe and Jenn Delle Fave are real estate investors who specialize in creative financing strategies. Their journey began in 2017 when they transitioned their traditional rental properties to lease options. This shift allowed them to gain more freedom and flexibility in their business. Joe, who has over 20 years of experience in real estate, wholesaled his first house in 2000. He later worked in the car business for 15 years before fully committing to real estate investing. Jenn bought her first house in 2006 and began "house hacking" with a roommate. They met in 2008 and purchased their first fixer-upper together. The Delle Faves' real estate journey took a significant turn in 2017 when they decided to focus on lease options. This strategy, along with other creative financing methods like seller financing and subject-to deals, allowed them to build their portfolio and achieve financial independence. In 2020, Joe was forced to leave his job due to the COVID-19 pandemic and his health condition. This unexpected event accelerated their plans, and they both transitioned to working full-time in their real estate business. Today, Joe and Jenn run a successful real estate investing business entirely from home. They manage all aspects of their business virtually, including acquisitions, marketing, and tenant management. Their story is a testament to the power of creative financing and the possibilities it can create for real estate investors. For More Info: https://lnkd.in/eEAWEWiW

This quote from Will Rogers is a powerful reminder that in life, just being on the right track isn't enough. It's like knowing the way to a beautiful destination but never actually starting the journey. You might have the best idea, the perfect plan, or the greatest product, but if you don't take action and keep moving forward, you'll miss out on opportunities and be left behind. For individuals, this means that even if you have good intentions or dreams, you need to actively pursue them. Whether it's learning a new skill, starting a hobby, or building relationships, you have to put in the effort and keep moving forward. Just like a train can't reach its destination by staying at the station, you can't achieve your goals by simply sitting still. Entrepreneurs and business owners can especially relate to this quote. In the competitive world of business, having a great idea is just the first step. To succeed, you need to constantly innovate, adapt, and keep pushing your business forward. Even if you have a successful product or service, you can't afford to become complacent. The market is always changing, and new competitors are emerging. If you're not actively growing and evolving, you risk being overtaken by those who are. In essence, Will Rogers' quote reminds us that life is a journey, not a destination. It's about continuous progress, learning, and growth. Whether you're an individual striving for personal goals or a business aiming for success, the message is clear: keep moving forward, keep adapting, and never stop pushing yourself to be better.

Theodore Roosevelt had a great saying: "Do what you can, with what you have, where you are." It's a simple idea, but it's really powerful when it comes to achieving your goals, especially in business. It means you don't have to wait for everything to be perfect before you start. You can start right now, with what you've got, wherever you are. Think of it like this: Imagine a small company that wants to grow but doesn't have a lot of money. Instead of getting discouraged, they find smart ways to use the internet and social media to reach more people. Or maybe a business has trouble getting supplies. Instead of giving up, they find new ways to get what they need, or even change their product a bit. This is what it means to be resourceful and adaptable. It's about seeing challenges not as roadblocks, but as chances to get creative and find new solutions. It's about believing in yourself and your ability to make things happen, even when things get tough. For people who start their own businesses, this way of thinking is super important. It reminds them that the journey won't always be easy, but they can overcome obstacles by being creative and never giving up. It's about finding strength within yourself and using what you have to build something amazing, step by step.

Imagine you're playing a video game. You could just wander around, exploring the scenery and messing about. That's cool and all, but where's the thrill? Lombardi's saying it's that fire in your belly, that "I gotta win!" feeling that makes things exciting. It's like choosing the hardest difficulty, going for the high score, or finally beating that boss that's been kicking your ass. That hunger to conquer, to be the best – THAT's what he's talking about. Now, swap out the video game for your job or that business you're dreaming of starting. Just showing up isn't gonna cut it. You gotta want it bad. Want to crush those sales targets? Want to build an empire from scratch? That burning desire pushes you to learn, to hustle, to never give up, even when things get tough (and they will). Think of those legendary entrepreneurs, the ones who changed the world. They didn't just think, "Oh, it would be nice to invent a flying car." They were obsessed! They ate, slept, and breathed their vision until they made it happen. That's the kind of "wanting to win" that separates the dreamers from the doers. So, yeah, winning isn't everything – nobody wins all the time. But that hunger, that drive to be the best? That's the secret sauce, the magic ingredient. It's what makes work feel like a challenge, not a chore. And who knows, maybe you'll end up changing the game entirely.
