We had the pleasure of welcoming Laura Morales - Coach, Trainer and Speaker - of Energize your Outlook, to our New York headquarters for a 4 hour workshop on DISC styles. All Fundwell employees took a written test which provided each individual with their specific style and approach.This was aimed to aid sales representatives, underwriting staff and management on ways to communicate at work as well as in their day to day lives.
