The Coca-Cola Company confirms plans to expand its office footprint in Chicago's Fulton Market, kicking off the redevelopment of a loft building that served as the original Schwinn bike factory in the late 1800s.

This is an interesting deal that, if completed, will mean this historic Chicago building's future is office space rather than a boutique hotel.
