The founders of Fulmer Sill wanted to move away from the traditional law firm structure in order to facilitate a more efficient and collaborative environment. In fact, the entire firm, from the lay out of the Fulmer Sill offices to personnel roles and responsibilities, was designed around our approach to how we handle high-stakes litigation and help clients nationwide.
