The new portal, Your Benefit Connect, provides market leading technology that aligns with industry norms, trends and demands, and provides a simplified user interface experience.?Flexible options within the portal provide a hassle-free claim filing process including hints and a glossary of terms, insight into all available leaves and short-term disability per employee, an employer dashboard with clear claim and benefit details, as well as overall account insights. Employers can generate comprehensive standard reports and have options to self-serve, modify, and schedule delivery of reporting. FullscopeRMS carrier partners can access claim status and the reporting tools to help them better support customers. The user-friendly self-service options available to all users allows customers to access information independently and reduces impact to the claims’ teams.
