Write down everything you want to accomplish so you go into it with a plan. 2?? Assign roles. Is there someone on your team who should speak with buyers? Another person who should speak with media? Discuss who you will do what to make it easier when your booth gets busy! 3?? Schedule meetings. If possible, schedule meetings ahead of time so you know you'll have a chance to speak with specific people. We hope you all have the best show and are excited to see you there! ?
