Congratulations to portfolio company InPipe Energy as they launched the first HydroXS hydropower system?in California at the East Bay Municipal Utility District in Oakland. FullCycle is proud to be on this journey as Inpipe's innovative technology captures wasted pressure within existing water pipelines and converts it into clean electricity offsetting operational costs and powering the utility's energy needs. For East Bay MUD, HydroXS is expected to generate 130,000 kWh of emission-free energy annually and eliminate nearly 6 metric tons of CO2 emissions/yr. This breakthrough paves the way for wider adoption of distributed hydropower and advances our collective transition towards a renewable future.
