The WIRe Accelerate program was created to "bridge the gap" in professional development opportunities for women and diverse professionals. It offers a comprehensive virtual program with modules on topics like OKRs, and career planning, and more. Built with parents, caregivers, and students in mind, each module can be completed in under two hours and there is no set timeline for completion. Participants who complete the program receive a certificate, access to a network of industry professionals, and the option to put the course toward a MRS CRE accreditation.
