Full Circle Pediatric Solutions was created in 2019 by three sisters: Rachel (Bachmeier) Haman, Britney Bachmeier, and Jaclyn Bachmeier who share a common goal of providing high-quality evidence-based intervention to children and adolescents with varying needs and abilities. Full Circle staff emphasizes building relationships with the families, staff, and teams they serve. They provide a variety of services including individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, speech/language therapy, occupational therapy, school-based behavior consultation, private school placement, and autism waiver service management in Fargo, West Fargo, Moorhead, and the surrounding area. Our team is comprised of compassionate and highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians, Speech Language Pathologists, and Occupational Therapists. When beginning services, our team completes a comprehensive assessment of the child's skills, strengths, and areas of growth which helps drive the development of an individualized treatment plan. Through close monitoring of progress and continuous analysis of trends and outcomes, our team continues to re-evaluate the plan and further customize it to achieve the maximum progress. Our treatment approach encourages active collaboration with parents and/or the school team throughout the duration of our services. Research indicates that engaging all who interact with the child in the treatment planning process leads to better generalization of skills across settings as it allows for multiple opportunities for the child to learn and practice new skills. Our goal is to help the family as a whole provide effective, consistent, and reinforced learning opportunities outside the therapy sessions in order to achieve the best outcomes for the child.

Dear Charlie, Today should have been your first day of 6th grade. The start of middle school—a big milestone. But for you, today is different. Not quite what most people imagine; it’s your own special journey. Your classroom has children from 1st grade to 6th who all have different abilities and struggles. This year, you should be learning about history, geography, and even some challenging math. Instead, you're mastering the basics—learning how to hold a pencil and the letters of the alphabet. And while other kids your age are chatting with friends, you're in a world of your own; a world that doesn’t include friends—a world that is uniquely yours. I wish I could hear you come home, bursting with stories about your day, or even hear you grumble about homework. But that's not our reality, and I’ve had to come to terms with that, no matter how much it tugs at my heart. Raising you, my sweet boy, with Level 3 Autism and intellectual disability, is full of moments that are bittersweet. It’s not easy as a mom knowing that those typical childhood experiences won’t be part of your story, but I’ve learned to focus on what matters most. The positive is that this year, you’re at a school that understands your needs, where you are safe and happy. That’s something I’ve fought for, for you for years: your safety and happiness. I’ve learned to adjust my expectations, and while it’s been a long road, I know we’re in a good place now. I repeat: You are safe and you are happy. It’s the best gift any mother could ask for. Get ready, Full Circle is expanding to include another department, Neurobehavioral Health with Dr. Justin Boseck joining the Full Circle team at the end of September! Dr. Justin Boseck, Ph.D., L.P., ABPdN, CBIS, CIC, NCSP is a Licensed Psychologist, Board-Certified Pediatric Neuropsychologist, Certified Brain Injury Specialist, Credentialed ImPACT Consultant, and Nationally Certified School Psychologist. Dr. Boseck specializes in the assessment of neurodevelopmental, acquired, and psychiatric disorders including attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum disorder, brain injury, fetal alcohol spectrum disorder, learning disorders, and mood and behavior dysregulation disorders, among others for children and adolescents from 2-18 years old as well as young adults who may need assistance adjusting to adulthood. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his amazing wife and four beautiful children doing anything outside enjoying the beauty of nature, and appreciating the small things in life. #Fargo #MentalHealth
