    Had a blast repping Fulfil at DTC Experts yesterday in NYC. It was a jam-packed day of learning - here are some soundbites that stood out: Audrey Cao, Ankur Goyal and Manu Mathew leaned into exploring retention levers outside of email and using post-purchase survey stats as fuel for B2B negotiations. Suze Dowling, Drew Arciuolo, Chris Wichert and Alex Schinasi reminded everyone that you can't buy your way to product-market fit. Kasper Kubica, David Spratte and Nik Sharma brought the energy for a little afternoon pick-me-up with a focus on leveraging data to get closer to a better source of truth. Eli Adler, Connor Swegle, and Rose M. leaned into the power of IRL activations (like getting 50 people to rep your brand and run a marathon in weighted vests). Jenny Y., Matthew Hassett and Kelly Gardiner touched on the importance of using AI to elevate customer experience. Sahand Dilmaghani, Amanda Liew Hill, Aidan Thibodeaux and Trevor Heiblim encourarged leaning into mystery products and gifts with purchase to drive LTV and retention. Dan Reich and Michael Satow closed out with the importance of hiring A+ talent and not settling for B+/A- candidates. Hire people smarter than you who you could see yourself working for.
