We received an interesting piece of feedback from a merchant that's early in their implementation of Fulfil. They commented on the "Level of Detail" ?? they're seeing from our implementation team ?? (as if they were pleasantly surprised). ...But, the way we see it -- how the heck are you supposed to have a successful ERP implementation WITHOUT having a strong attention to detail? This magical promise of a single source of truth will guarantee to fall short without it.... and at which point we all know it's just garbage-in ?? garbage-out. You would think that this is table stakes, but the status quo for ERP implementations is pretty ??. I'm glad our merchants notice and appreciate the work folks like Conor Jeffries put into their projects. ?? ? At Fulfil gathering feedback is key to constant improvement, and implementations are no exception. Our merchants have high expectations; every project is default considered high-stakes; and at an individual level, it's a high-pressure job. ?? That's why we do all our implementations in-house, and we pipe every CSAT submission into our Slack so everyone can read it.??
