Our mission is to enhance our customer’s industrial processes through the use of inkjet technology.
关于我们
We provide equipment and fluids using inkjet technology for printing and for precise fluid application in a wide variety of industrial applications. We support industries such as commercial printing, direct mail, transactional printing, package printing, food production, consumer goods manufacturing, decor applications, and functional printing. Unlike a printing press manufacturer, we focus on integrating inkjet into your existing equipment or providing a customized system. Our FUJIFILM Unigraphica AG arm in Liechtenstein supports Europe and specializes in security printing and custom print systems with integrated transport and finishing systems in roll-to-roll, roll-to-sheet, and sheet-to-sheet configurations. Our standard imprinting systems built in USA are available through Fujifilm Graphic Systems channels globally.

Today’s commercial printers need variable data, not variable support. Fujifilm has an unwavering commitment to supporting commercial imprinters with cutting-edge technology backed by a team of world-class inkjet professionals. To ensure continued operation of inkjet printbars on web offset presses around the world, we’ve developed a catalog of product options as an alternative to legacy continuous inkjet printbars: ·????????X-BAR Powered by Fujifilm Inkjet Technology: A drop-in modular replacement for legacy continuous inkjet systems. The drop-in replacement means minimal operational changes. ·????????42X Printbar System: Widths up to 3 feet (1 meter) that eliminates the need to reposition printbars. The 42X reaches speeds up to 1,000 feet per minute (300 meters/minute). ·????????42K Printbar System: The Fujifilm flagship print system is scalable to meet application needs in 1.6” increments. With printbars that produce 1200 dpi quality, don’t require refurbishment, and are backed by inkjet experts, Fujifilm provides the confidence needed to remain strong and secure as older inkjet equipment ages and goes out of service. We are happy to see ACTEGA is making good use of our 46kUV Printbar System. Actega’s Ecoleaf is a fascinating product. The ability to add metal flakes exactly where they are needed is more efficient and better for the environment. A sustainable solution that uses less material while still creating high-shine metallized products? That’s a win for everyone.??
?? ACTEGA has partnered with FUJIFILM Integrated Inkjet Solutions to enhance the #ECOLEAF on-demand metallization technology with the FUJIFILM 46kUV Inkjet Printbar. This upgrade means higher resolution and fully digital #metallization, while reducing waste and CO2 emissions. Discover more ?? https://ow.ly/x5qh50VfsJf

Join us this week in Munich for CCE International - Corrugated & Carton Exhibition! Mario Gazzani, Chris Matthews, and Stefan Steinle will be there to talk about Fujifilm’s ability to add digital inkjet to existing production lines, bringing high-quality variable data print to our customers. Fujifilm digital inkjet adds variable data printing for customized codes and designs on each box. This means adding features such as: ??Supply chain identification ??Late-stage product information - after the date of manufacturing or other manufacturing changes are known ??“Gamifying" packaging for the end user experience ??Product traceability & reporting – such as to support sustainability initiatives ??Tracking products for consumer loyalty ??Codes that direct boxes to specific retailers to optimize distribution & marketing Stop into Booth 1079 to learn more! #CCE2025 #digitalprint #inkjet #variabledata

Did you know inkjet is used to print on food??With inkjet, fluids can be applied without the need for an applicator mechanism, and this makes it ideal for applying edible fluids to delicate objects like food. The pattern or design can be changed with ease or even in real time during food production, which supports a wide variety of designs and short runs for market testing of new candies, snacks, or other food products. Our single-pass inkjet systems typically print in-line as fast as food is produced for a growing and hungry population! Fujifilm has developed advanced software technology that allows our products to be controlled in multiple ways. Operators can integrate and control our printers directly on existing production lines. Or, machine developers can incorporate our printers into their designs allowing their users to control their products through one convenient user interface. With this software, Fujifilm’s integrated inkjet systems can be integrated in simple, low-cost ways, or can be highly integrated into the control systems of other machinery. This flexibility allows us to support print producers, product producers, and machine manufacturers. With integrated inkjet from Fujifilm, variable data can be added in-line, without slowing down production or making major process changes. Integrating inkjet with high performance and quality requires specialized skills and techniques. Fujifilm’s team of inkjet integration experts use a mix of design tools and advanced computer modeling to evaluate, predict, and compensate for variations experienced when integrating onto existing equipment. This is particularly helpful in four-color printing to keep images and text sharp and clear. Fujifilm provides inkjet integration with the expertise, scale, and consistency of a global inkjet developer. ?Our presence in Europe with Fujifilm Unigraphica brings the latest technology to customers quickly while supporting them with the immediate attention of a local vendor. To learn more about how Fujifilm digital inkjet can integrate success into your business, visit Mario Gazzani, Stefan Steinle, and Chris Matthews at CCE International - Corrugated & Carton Exhibition, Booth 1078, March 11-13 in Munich. #cce2025 #digitalinkjet #print #experience #innovation

Last week we talked about who could benefit from the shift from 1-dimensional to 2-dimensional machine-readable codes. GS1, the code standard keeper, is pushing for all point-of-sale scanners to be able to read 2D codes by the end of 2027. With the ability to hold more information for producers, distributors, and customers, 2D codes could have benefits throughout the supply chain. 2D codes allow the same or more data in a much smaller space compared to 1D codes.?But, smaller codes might require higher resolution printing. 2D codes can contain thousands of characters compared to less than a hundred for common 1D codes.?This could make batch-specific identification, or even item-specific (unique) identification more common. Standard use of codes able to contain larger quantities of information might reduce the number of codes that need to be included on products.?With one code having to fulfill many purposes, demands on the visual quality of codes could increase as more consumers begin using them. Contact us today to integrate a new dimension into your business. #barcodes #qrcodes #inkjet #digitalprint #innovation

Last week we talked about the shift from 1-dimensional to 2-dimensional codes on products. GS1, a key standard keeper for machine-readable codes, is pushing for all point-of-sale barcode scanners to be able to read 2D codes by the end of 2027. So who benefits? 1)?The consumer. With 2D codes that hold much more data, consumers can have a wealth of information available with a quick scan. 2)?Product producers. They can eliminate 1D codes without fear of their products being un-scannable.?This could allow them to reduce code size and possibly combine codes for multiple purposes. This could reduce label size or even package size in some cases?because 2D codes can contain thousands of characters in a smaller space.? The reduction in label size or packaging size can also allow a reduction in waste. 3)?Distributors. While 1D codes have been used for years to maintain inventory, a 2D code enables the inclusion?of unique item data that has the capability to contain not only the product type (e.g., so the register has?the right price), but also the product batch or even the individual item. Next week we’ll talk about how this could affect print quality needs.

For decades, retailers have been identifying products at cash registers by scanning one-dimensional codes on products or packages. The standards behind these codes are kept by GS1, a global non-profit organization. They ensure the codes can be read by a wide range of scanning machines. ?Currently, products/packages are required to have a 1D code, and are permitted to optionally also have a 2D code.?This allows machines in more than 100 countries to simply?ignore 2D codes with no impact. That’s going to change. By the end of 2027, GS1 will require scanning machines to be able to scan 1D and 2D codes. If they cannot scan the 2D code, and there is no 1D code on the box or product, the point of sale clerk will have to call for help or type in a number possibly while the line is held up. See our post next week to dig into who benefits from this change. #digitalinkjet #print #barcodes #variabledata #scanning
