Fuel Accelerator is excited to announce its expansion into Phoenix, Arizona, in collaboration with the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU), the Defense Innovation OnRamp Hub: Arizona, and Southwest Mission Acceleration Center (MAC). This partnership aims to support startups and innovators who face considerable challenges when attempting to scale their solutions for both military and commercial applications. The Dual-Use Accelerator is designed to address obstacles by identifying high-potential innovators and providing them with the essential tools, expertise, and networks to thrive in both the defense and commercial sectors. The program will specifically focus on the following areas of innovation: Energy: Energy storage, fuel cells, bioenergy, grid modernization, and distributed energy, etc. Advanced Communications: 5G/6G, satellite communications, AI optimization, secure protocols, UAVs, etc. Artificial Intelligence (AI): AI-powered cybersecurity, robotics, predictive maintenance, edge computing, etc. Dual-use technologies with commercial and military viability: Technologies that can address critical gaps in defense capabilities while also offering significant commercial applications. Scalable, cost-effective innovations: Solutions that demonstrate the potential for large-scale implementation and impactful operational outcomes. By supporting innovators and providing access to resources that bridge both commercial and defense sectors, the Dual-Use Accelerator seeks to drive impactful change and foster the next generation of groundbreaking technologies. ???
