A new FTR Gold patch (7.7.133) has been released for all FTR Gold suites and FTR Player. Some of the key changes in this release are: - Improves the error message displayed when no audio signal is detected for a few seconds - Adjusts handling of HTML hyperlinks to accommodate changes in specific versions of Edge/Chrome - Enables Player Service to automatically resume confidence monitoring after failures - Resolves a runtime error that occurs when searching log sheets - Ensures the “Sealed” state remains untouched when recording stops To review all inclusions in this patch and to download the installer, please visit: https://hubs.ly/Q038PmSp0

Recently, the NACM - National Association for Court Management released an updated version of "Courting AI: Understanding Artificial Intelligence in Courts," a resource for courts and legal professionals as they explore the use of AI. We worked with NACM to share real-world applications of justice technology—particularly advanced digital recording and speech-to-text technology—in courts around the world. These included: New Mexico Courts; Fairfax County, Virginia; Department of Justice QLD, and Supreme Court of the Bahamas. Pages 64-70 highlight how these real-world applications of justice technology have demonstrated wide-ranging benefits, including addressing court reporter shortages, enhancing access during proceedings through immediate playback of testimony, streamlining workflows by saving time in locating specific matters heard consecutively, and promoting inclusion by offering assistive devices.? ?
