Inspiring Tomorrow's Leaders
关于我们
FTE is a leadership incubator that inspires young people to make a difference through Christian communities. Throughout history, inspired Christian leaders have been at the heart of vital communities of faith. These individuals serve the common good, strive for justice, share the Gospel and ultimately do God’s work. They enrich the world by creating actionable solutions and centers of care, like hospitals, schools, social services, civic organizations and churches. Young Christian leaders from diverse backgrounds are called to be faithful innovators and change agents of their generation. With support, they will shape the future through communities of faith.

I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: Discerning a Call to Doctoral Studies from Forum for Theological Exploration! If you are discerning whether or not pursuing a Doctoral degree is on the horizon for you, I highly recommend this course! I started off this wanted to receive tools and advice on the application process, but I ended up obtaining something more valuable: courage. Now I feel both ready and energized to apply for Doctoral programs and excited for the process! Feel free to reach out if you have questions about my journey, this course, and/or anything else!

What does it mean to inspire what's next for young leaders? In 2024, we sought to answer that question as we celebrated 70 years of empowering leaders in the Church and the academy. It was a year of growth for everyone, from young adults engaged in the practice of discernment to seasoned ministry professionals seeking to sharpen their skills.
