Collaboration and sharing that drives innovation. Reflecting on?UltraFacility, we appreciate the important role that Intel Corporation is playing to drive innovation in the industry with involvement in?#IRDS?and?#SEMI?and by sharing information from their developments. ? A great example was the presentation by?Jason Tewksbury, PE?on "Recalcitrant Compound Impacts on Waste Water Reclaim for Ultrapure Water?Applications." It was powerful to understand the positive financial effect of reclaiming water back to UPW and the ways to predict, control, and mitigate the risk. It was also a good example of using a digital twin to enable engineers to evaluate flow stream partitioning to eliminate troublesome waste stream, identify risks, and understand the impacts of failure modes.
