In 2023, we established our Corporate Development department with the intention of expanding FST's service offerings and growing our share price. We brought on Mike Giannantonio as our Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, with his many years of experience in M&A to lead our growth efforts. Additionally, we created the role of Director of M&A Execution for Annie Posgai to assist the team with due diligence and integration. Over the past year, FST has experienced significant growth due to the collaborative efforts of our M&A team and other members of leadership involved in the integration process.
