Sean has been a key part of the growth of our Calle Sol Latin Café brand, starting as a manager with our Plaza Midwood location and working his way up to General Manager. With extensive experience and a deep appreciation for Latin American cuisine, Chef Anthony has played a crucial role in the expansion of the Calle Sol brand, leading the culinary operations at our new South Park location. One of his favorite dishes on the menu? The Aji Amarillo Ceviche—a perfect blend of vibrant flavors that captures the essence of Calle Sol’s culinary spirit. Outside of the kitchen, Anthony enjoys playing video games, attending concerts, and cheering on NC State—Go Pack! ??
