The event was highlighted by Governor Wassana, Lt. Governor Hershel Gorham, legislators and other VIPs. This innovative facility, combining gaming and fuel services, marks a significant step in the Tribe’s continued economic expansion and commitment to self-sufficiency. ? Catering to both travelers and local patrons, the new Lucky Star “Gasino” features a modern gaming floor with over a 100-electronic gaming machines, a “Rez Express” restaurant, a full-service convenience store, and fuel station for both vehicles and trucks, including a truckers lounge with showers and laundry facility. Each NAFOA conference gets better and better! Our FSA teams have had an incredible time in San Diego this week at #FallNAFOA2024, hosted by the Sycuan Band of Kumeyaay Nation. Such a great turnout for this fall's conference makes it clear that people are catching on to what the FSA team already knows--NAFOA is not to be missed! We enjoyed connecting in person with clients, collaborators and friends. From expert panel discussions to friendly competition at our newest booth feature (thanks to Andy Webb, CFA for loaning!,) our team is making the most of every minute. We especially love being able to bring together the FSA-AG, FSA-TPA and FSA Investment Group crews under our FSA Family of companies banner. Bonus is any time we get to bring Connect Advisors the huddle too! Cheers to a great opportunity to share knowledge, make connections and celebrate the economic advancement of Native American communities.

FSA supported the College of Menominee Nation annual golf outing. The team was from left to right, Councilman Marlon Skenandore, Oneida Staff Fawn B., Councilman Jonas Hill, and Councilman Jameson Wilson. All proceeds from the 2024 Golf Outing and Benefit will go directly to providing scholarships and other aid for students pursuing higher education at the College of the Menominee Nation. CMN is one of 37 Tribal Colleges and Universities.?Each of these institutions was created and chartered by its own tribal government or the federal government for a specific purpose: to provide higher education opportunities to American Indians through programs that are locally and culturally based, holistic, and supportive.
