Grady Health System Cascade Neighborhood Clinic Renovation Project! ? FS 360 is proud to announce the completion of the Grady Health System Cascade Neighborhood Clinic renovation. This 9,200 SF project focused on enhancing the space while ensuring patient services continued without interruption. The work included a full build-out of Suite B and improvements throughout the clinic, including exam rooms, a reception area, a break room, a physical therapy room, and more. ? Updates featured new flooring, upgraded electrical and plumbing, fresh millwork, paint, and other enhancements to create a modern, functional environment for both patients and staff. ? Atlanta Public Schools Theatre Renovations Project: A Stage for the Future As the APS Theatre Renovations Project comes to a close, we are proud to celebrate the transformation of five APS high school theaters! This project upgraded each space with new lighting, sound, and curtain systems, enhancing the student experience and ensuring these theaters remain vibrant centers for creativity and performance. With renovations taking place across five active campuses, careful planning and coordination were key to minimizing disruptions while delivering state-of-the-art improvements. The renovations took place at the following high schools: ?? Booker T. Washington High School ?? South Atlanta High School ?? Benjamin E. Mays High School ?? Frederick Douglass High School ?? BEST/ Coretta Scott King High School In honor of Black History Month, we celebrate the rich legacy of Booker T. Washington High School, Georgia’s first Black public secondary school, founded in 1924. A symbol of resilience, excellence, and cultural pride, it has shaped generations of leaders, including Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and other trailblazing alumni. Their legacy continues to inspire and empower future generations. This Black History Month, we honor its rich legacy and celebrate the generations of students who have walked its halls and now, will perform on an upgraded stage that continues to uplift their voices. We’re thrilled to take part in this year’s FUTURE SUCCESSORS INC College and Career Expo at Georgia Institute of Technology, where juniors and seniors from Atlanta’s Title 1 high schools will have the opportunity to explore career paths and connect with local businesses. We are excited to introduce students to the world of construction, project management, and the impact of building the communities around them! This opportunity is especially meaningful as we celebrate Black History Month. As a minority-owned business, we take pride in paving the way for future generations. Representation matters, and we’re honored to inspire young minds to pursue careers in industries where diversity and inclusion continue to grow.
