This past weekend we had the honor to walk in the Cancer Support Community’s Steps for Hope walk. We walked side by side with Holly Neidel, our Office Manager, and her family. Holly’s husband Corey, 44, was diagnosed with colorectal cancer earlier this year and has been undergoing treatment. Much like the relationships we have with our clients – we encourage, console, and support her and her family through this very difficult time. As Holly balances being a mother of three, helping her husband through treatments and working full-time our team stands by her to support her in a quest to reach the other side. Through our rebranding earlier this year Holly was adamant about celebrating the small accomplishments and wins along the way. It became so ingrained in our culture that when we formalized our values, we included Celebration as a value we, as a team, are proud to embody. The biggest celebrations in life come after long, difficult journeys – We hope you’ll join us in praying that Holly and her family get to have the biggest Celebration by this time next year.
