FROST LLP and Buchalter recently collaborated to secure a major victory on behalf of their technology client. The combined firms obtained a sweeping temporary restraining order in a multimillion-dollar partnership dispute. The FROST LLP team was led by Christopher Frost, Kevin Dicker, Ohia Amadi, and Elen Kazariants. The Buchalter team was led by Mark Cramer in LA and Lucas Davidson in Nashville.

Earlier this month, the FROST LLP team enjoyed an incredible evening at Hotel Cafe, celebrating our friend and client Eric Hirshberg’s album release. A night of great music and even better company.

FROST LLP was retained in connection with an emergency restraining order that had been issued by a federal court, freezing our client’s business and personal bank accounts. The TRO imminently threatened the client’s business and personal livelihood. Co-counseling with Ronald Richards, and on less than two weeks’ notice, the team convinced the federal court to discharge the TRO in its entirety, deny a preliminary injunction, and release the client’s accounts. The FROST team was led by David Tiraturyan who handled the briefing and oral argument along with Ronald Richards.
