Day 6 update Even with 1 rep out yesterday, we still maintained a high level of production I talk with sales leaders every day and one of the biggest questions I get is "how do I get my team to make more dials" The answer is simple #1 - take list building off their plate and hire a lead generation specialist to get every account and every contact you want your sales reps talking with on a list #2 - enrich that list with premium data so that you have as much contact information for every person on that list - Highly recommend making sure you have access to ZoomInfo contact data (either through a direct relationship or through a data waterfall) and the extra special secret source + LeadMagic #3 - score the contact information for channel reach... Start with TitanX to know who picks up the phone and who likely will not. #4 - use FrontSpin + Salesforce or PhoneBurner (1 to 1 dialing) with their numbers packages to ensure your calls actually deliver and keep your team in a workflow that eliminates clicks and focuses on executing #5 - create a call framework / script for every persona you want your team to call and make sure everyone is sticking to the message. 1 list, 1 message #6 - get your team inside CallBlitz with a coach / leader for several hours of the day. Real time calling and coaching to keep your team on track and improve results over time. The north star ... Once you get your team dialed in, for every 50 dials your reps should effortlessly average 8 to 12 conversations and 5 to 7 completions. The salesperson’s first goal should be completions. A “completion” is a telephone call that actually gets through to the right individual.
