Moving Ground in Lone Tree: Jack’s at Lone Tree Expected opening date: Spring 2025 Jack’s Modern American Steak and Seafood Restaurant commenced construction on its flagship location in Lone Tree, bringing its renewed culinary experience to the heart of the community. The new two-story restaurant will boast a modern and inviting ambiance that perfectly complements its diverse menu of classic American flavors with an innovative culinary flare. The Lone Tree location of Jack’s, located northeast corner of South Yosemite Street and Park Meadows Drive, former site of Mimi’s Café, features a spacious and elegant dining area, designed to create an atmosphere that is both comfortable and sophisticated. The restaurant will also offer space for private dining options for special occasions, including corporate events and weddings. Jack’s is locally, family-owned by Steve Lockton in memory of his father, Jack Lockton and its current location on South Pearl Street was voted the best Steak House in Colorado in January of 2024. After months of design and approvals, Zachary Shirk and John St Martin, RA of the Zebra team were proud to attend the ground-breaking ceremony for Jack’s in Lone Tree, Colorado.?This significant milestone of the project was attended by over 40 AEC partners / city officials and community members who have a passion for hospitality and are invested in the economic development of Lone Tree, where an opening speech by Mayor Marissa Harmon highlighted the excitement of the community.?It was further supported with closing statements by Owner Steve Lockton and a final blessing over the team and site by Jubilee Fellowship Church. Many thanks to Darryl Shoemake.
