Kennedy Memorial Stadium Campus Revitalization Act, signed into law in January 2025, Washington, D.C. now has control of the 174-acre RFK site, unlocking a once-in-a-generation opportunity for development. DC has seen firsthand how strategic sports and mixed-use developments have revitalized neighborhoods—from Nationals Park in the Capitol Riverfront to Audi Field in Buzzard Point and Capital One Arena downtown. These projects have fueled billions in economic growth, thousands of jobs, and thriving communities. ? At Frontier Development, we’re honored for our opportunity to play a role in this next chapter through our Hill East mixed-use development, near the RFK site.
