Quick Update on Our Stockton Facility! ? Since acquiring the property in June, our VP of Asset Management, Jana Jensen, has been working closely with Public Storage to transform the facility and bring it up to our standards. Thanks to Jana’s leadership and the dedicated work of our vendors, we’ve made significant progress on the capital improvements. ? We’re thrilled with the results and excited about the future of this location. Here’s to continued success—upwards and onwards!

Frontera’s New Self-Storage Facility in San Diego We’re excited to announce progress on our new 6-story, 150,000 square foot self-storage facility in San Diego. The property is located off the 805 at Clairemont Mesa Blvd in Kearny Mesa and is being developed in partnership with HP Investors. With 700 feet of frontage along the 805 freeway, the building will be highly visible to the 200,000+ cars passing by daily. This project is located within the Kearny Mesa Community Plan update which anticipates 20,000 new housing units and 25,000 new jobs coming to the area. Restrictive zoning and density requirements have limited new self-storage developments in this neighborhood, but our team has worked diligently with the City and our design team over the past 4 years to entitle and permit the site which is now shovel ready. We have started clearing the property and expect to start vertical construction in the next 60 days. Just Closed! We are excited to announce the successful acquisition of Mariners Drive Self Storage in Stockton, CA. This property will now be managed as a Public Storage facility, marking our 7th acquisition in partnership with Westlake Realty Group. Frontera has completed our first acquisition in New Mexico! Our team identified Albuquerque as a target market 18 months ago and has worked hard to identify the right properties to pursue. With the help of our partners and consultants on the ground we identified a property to develop a self-storage facility on the growing southwest side of town. We have City approvals for our project and are working towards starting construction early next year. A special thank you to our design team and local consultants in helping to get this done.
