??As committee hearings wrap up in the Nebraska Legislature for this session, we want to highlight Front Porch Investments’s Housing Justice and Grants Manager Yolanda R. Williams providing testimony in support of LB487 (McKinney), a bill aiming to create a statewide task force to explore the ongoing effects of redlining and make recommendations. In her testimony to the Government, Military, and Veterans Affairs committee, Yo explained the work of Front Porch's Greenlining Fund and the Community Advisory Committee, and she underscored the importance of giving voice in this process to those directly impacted by redlining.
