What makes a padel club great? It's something I get asked about a lot (and probably think about even more). For instance, I just had two bright young entrepreneurs looking to open a #padel club in Texas reach out to me with dozens of smart -- and very specific -- questions about how they should approach building their club. We had a great conversation, and afterwards I realized that my most useful and powerful advice often comes in the form of suggestions on what NOT to do and all-too-common mistakes to avoid. So, I decided to put a few of these together for our final article of the week (https://lnkd.in/emC5PaAc)... I'm sure all of the much more qualified U.S. padel club experts out there (including Patricio Misitrano, Ruben Gonzalez Chapa, Tito Moreno, Julian Wortelboer, Cesar Caceres, Steve Long, Chris Klein, and Bradley Hoffman, LEED AP just to name a few) have their own opinions -- which I do hope they'll share here. This past week, I had the privilege of traveling with the Global Head of adidas Tennis Footwear and Apparel from our Global Headquarters in Germany for our Fall/Winter 2025 sell-in meetings. It was significant to learn that Daniel and I each have 27 years with the brand, contributing to a combined 54 years, each adding to the brand's legacy in our own way. What I valued most: ? The Importance of Collaboration: Working with Daniel emphasized the real value of teamwork. His favorite word, "brilliant," perfectly captures the essence of effective collaboration. ?
