Having marijuana in your drug test panel offers several benefits to employers, including: ·?Maintaining safety in the workplace ·?Reducing risks and costs associated with substance abuse ·?Maintaining compliance with federally mandated policies ·?Protecting company reputation Whatever you decide, it is important to have a company policy that indicates what you test for and when. Additionally, providing managers and supervisors with substance abuse awareness training gives them the confidence and tools to approach an employee with a possible problem.
