Earlier this month we wrapped up an incredible retreat with our most geographically dispersed teams, the Product & Engineering and Marketplace Experience teams!??? It was a fantastic opportunity to collaborate in-person at our RVA Clubhouse, and we love how everyone came together to tackle exercises and challenges as a cohesive unit. We were also honored to host our Advisor and guest speaker, Christian Idiodi, who inspired us with fresh perspectives and valuable insights on the Product Operating Model. From brainstorming innovative ideas to strengthening our connections, every moment was filled with creativity and teamwork.
