Last year Friends of Mewar's founder Padmaja Kumari Parmar was the Guest of Honor for the closing seminar at the 1st South East Asia Regional NCD Conference organized by the SEAR NCD Alliance to celebrate the efforts of civil society to combat non-communicable diseases. ? As a Type 1 Diabetes advocate for over 40 years, she shared her personal journey, emphasizing the importance of empowering communities affected by NCDs. ?
