Exciting News from Woodland Hills! ??? This past December, Breakthrough Woodland Hills broke ground on a $2.9 million expansion to enhance student life and the surrounding community! ?? What’s Coming? ? A 10,000 sq. ft. gym & multipurpose space ? A dedicated cafeteria to improve meal service ? Expanded office & storage space ? A true home court for sports & school events This long-awaited project was made possible through incredible fundraising efforts by the community, with a huge contribution from Friends of Breakthrough Board Member, Larry Orwin. Larry took on the formidable challenge of running the Badwater 135 in Death Valley—twice! His dedication, along with the generosity of so many supporters, helped bring this vision to life—ensuring our scholars have the space they need to learn, play, and grow.
