On October 24th we held?our inaugural Friends of Bocconi Gala at the iconic Manhatta in New York City. The evening was filled with connection, generosity, and a shared commitment to the mission of Università Bocconi University. We want to extend heartfelt our thanks to our Board Members, whose participation and generous contributions were instrumental in making this event an incredible success, alongside Rector Francesco Billari, our honorees Silvia Candiani, Emilia Fazzalari, Wyc Grousbeck, and Diego Piacentini, and our president Mariafrancesca Carli. Thanks to the donations on the night of the gala?and from donors this past year,?we?achieved a goal of raising more than two million dollars.?These funds will support Bocconi University scholarships and future projects, including more than?$1 million from?the American Fund for student scholarships and a generous donation by Diego Piacentini to drive technological innovation on Bocconi campus. And, of course, a huge?thank you to our wonderful host, Beatrice Grannò! Together, we are shaping the future for Bocconi students.
