Kay was born and raised in Clinton, North Carolina, and moved to the Fort Mill, SC area in 2000 where she has lived ever since. Everyone and anyone who interacts with Kay, her coworkers, and residents alike, feels so comfortable and at ease with her. Her smile and pleasant demeanor have a lasting impact on everyone around her. Kay not only takes care of her community but also helps out with other #friedlam #livebeatiful communities in Rock Hill SC. In addition to being a valued member of the #friedlam team, Kay is also passionate about creating beautiful memories inside a beautiful home. To that end, she is a dedicated mother to her two wonderful daughters, and she also enjoys interior design in general, particularly making her own home beautiful, warm, and welcoming. Kay thrives on adventures, such as traveling the world. Exploring new places and learning about new cultures inspires Kay in so many ways. But even when not traveling the world, Kay still enjoys meeting new people and uplifting and inspiring them, especially through the church fellowship programs, a cornerstone in Kay's life and mission. Brenda graduated?from Brooklyn College in 2007 with a bachelor's degree and has been a property manager for the past last 10+ years. But it's not just her extensive experience that makes her such a great asset to our team, it's her bubbly and outgoing personality as well as her go-getter attitude. Brenda's residents and co-workers alike all appreciate her dedication and positive energy. In Brenda's free time, she loves gardening on the weekends and volunteering to tutor the Latin language to students at her local church.
