Each year, we host a two-day academy that brings mid-level associates from across all our offices to New York. Designed to equip them with the skills needed for a successful transition into more senior roles, the program also provides valuable opportunities to connect with peers and colleagues across the firm. This year’s academy featured sessions on key topics such as networking, navigating crucial conversations, providing effective feedback and business development strategies.
