Last Saturday, the F&L Construction Management team provided support during the tie-in of a temporary water bypass pipeline. This important step is part of the preparations for the demolition of two water storage tanks, making room for the construction of a new 2.1 million gallon prestressed concrete tank, helping to modernize our water infrastructure. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that our efforts will positively impact over 20,000 residents along the coast. We recently had the honor of attending the City of San Bruno's Ribbon Cutting Celebration for Centennial Plaza Park. This vibrant new plaza serves as a gateway to downtown, providing accessible and modern gathering spaces as part of the City's beautification efforts. Our contributions to the project included a comprehensive site grading and drainage design, which effectively addressed stormwater management through innovative bioretention areas and permeable pavers. We implemented new storm drain connections and catch basins to ensure proper runoff management. Additionally, we installed a convenient water bottle filler and a sanitary sewer lateral connection. The project also featured upgrades to sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and accessible ramps, enhancing overall accessibility and functionality.
