Frey Lutz safety training day! Our team came together to review fall protection safety. As part of the training day, we took the time to inspect our harnesses, lanyards, and anchor points that each of our employees carries on them for their personal protection. We conducted a visual inspection of our hard hats and issued new as needed. We do everything we can to mitigate the risks that come along with the demanding work we do. Taking care of our families and loved ones is at the core of all we do. The best way to do that is to go home to them the same or better as when you left them. #righttostopwork #safetyculture
