We had an absolutely amazing day celebrating Chef EJ Jimenez at Rancho Cielo in Salinas, California. Chef EJ is the 2024 winner in the Business and Industry category of the Produce Excellence in Foodservice Awards. Chef EJ incorporates an outsized portion of the plate to fresh fruits and veggies. ???????? It was a day well spent with our award winning Chef as well as top leadership and several Board Members of the Youth Campus. The Rancho Cielo Youth Campus has developed an awesome program that helps support young people, including at-risk teenagers and young adults that choose to go there for job and life skill training versus traditional high school and upper education.
