We had an absolutely amazing day celebrating Chef EJ Jimenez at Rancho Cielo in Salinas, California. Chef EJ is the 2024 winner in the Business and Industry category of the Produce Excellence in Foodservice Awards. Chef EJ incorporates an outsized portion of the plate to fresh fruits and veggies. ????????
