Meet Bart Remark! Bart is one of our OGs at Fresh Wata, he’s been here since day one! With an incredible journey from designing resorts to creating jaw-dropping events, Bart is a true visionary in our industry. 5 Fun Facts About Bart ?? 1?? He started in casino/hotel/resort architecture and now works events in the very spaces he helped design. Talk about full circle! ?? 2?? Bart, along with a couple of other Fresh Wata OG’s were close to starring in an events reality show called “Hush”. Yes, there was a studio pitch meeting and everything! ?? 3?? A creative at heart, Bart customizes and builds products like shoes and skateboards—he’s even made custom kicks for MLB players! ???? 4?? Bart and his wife met in Vegas but are both from Ohio, grew up 20 minutes apart, and even worked at the same country club without ever meeting. What are the odds? ?????♂? 5?? His proudest role? Being dad to Gia (14) and Salvatore (11) ?? Favorite Part of the Job: The thrill of live events! The energy of creating something spectacular in such a short time, tearing it down, and constantly innovating keeps him inspired. ? How Long Has Bart Been on the Team? "Can you make a life-size Gingerbread Carousel?" That was a new one for me. Fortunately, that request came a few weeks ago accompanied by a talented and collaborative client team, upfront budget, and all sprinkled with kindness. Everyone at Katalyst Group, Inc. thoroughly enjoyed bringing Fresh Wata's stunning "The Gingerbread" pop-up vision to life for the entry, Carousel, various gingerbread trees & characters, and Main Bar.
