Exciting news!??? The Senate has officially confirmed Brooke Rollins as the 33rd U.S. Secretary of Agriculture! ?? Coming from Glen Rose, TX, Rollins brings with her decades of valuable experience in public policy, leadership, and agriculture. With her time as President & CEO of the America First Policy Institute and her key roles in the Trump White House, she is passionate about addressing the challenges farmers, ranchers, and rural communities face. A proud Texas A&M graduate and former leader at the Texas Public Policy Foundation, Rollins is all set to bolster the farm economy and deliver results for hardworking Americans. Mulch magic in action! After we prune, the prunings are shredded in the field and left in the field to decompose, recycling them back into the field. Through this process, we enrich the soil with valuable nutrients and improve nutrient use efficiency over time by boosting soil health and soil fertility. It's all part of our commitment to sustainability and a healthier, more productive orchard!
