A Zero Impact Continuous Security Assessment Platform
关于我们
The Frenos Platform helps enterprises scale security assessments across their critical environments to identify the most effective risk mitigations to deter and defend against today’s adversaries. This zero impact approach empowers security teams to focus on the most relevant risk reduction activities, saving time, money, and resources. FRENOS, which means "brake" or "slow down" in Spanish, was founded by a former Fortune 500 cybersecurity architect with over 20 years of experience in securing national critical infrastructure, and an ex-malware developer turned AI/ML leader from Dragos and AWS. Together, they have created the industry's first zero impact assessment technology, powered by a Simulated Adversarial Intelligence Reasoning Agent (SAIRA, pronounced 'sigh-ra'). Enterprises can't rely solely on detection and response; security defenses must be continuously evaluated and proactively strengthened to keep up with the constantly changing external threat landscape and their own internal compensating controls. Frenos was established to help enterprises safeguard their most valuable crown jewels, from oil rigs and medical devices to electric substations and financial transaction applications. Simulate the threats of today to protect tomorrow.

?????? ???? ???????????????? ?????????????????? ????????????'?? ?????????????? ?????????? Robert M. Lee breaks down why we’re at a critical inflection point in industrial cybersecurity as multiple new technology stacks are being deployed simultaneously. The problem goes something like this: More data than ever before from OT environments > Limited cybersecurity staff to manage it > No additional resources despite expanding responsibility > Teams overwhelmed by a flood of new data The key question: How do you make the most of these investments? These are good, necessary tools. The real challenge is prioritizing actions, operationalizing the tools and managing the data effectively. This is why we're seeing the emergence of OT Security Decision Platforms. What challenges are you facing with your OT security stack? Share your experiences below ?? #otsecurity #cybersecurity #industrialsecurity #securityoperations

?? Integration > Isolation Traditional security approaches, focused on individual controls and checkboxes, are proving inadequate against sophisticated threat actors. That’s why we released ATLAS (Advanced Threat Landscape Analysis System). Instead of treating security as a collection of independent controls, ATLAS approaches defense as an interconnected system where each component influences and strengthens the others. The results? A security architecture that's robust and adaptable to emerging threats. This shift in perspective isn't just about new tools, it's about fundamentally rethinking how we approach building defensible architectures. What's your take on the evolution of security frameworks? Have you seen similar shifts in your organization's approach to defense? Learn more: https://lnkd.in/eYhrVCkM

Introducing ??????????, ???????????????? ???????????? ?????????????????? ???????????????? ????????????, a comprehensive methodology for securing critical infrastructure. The ATLAS framework is built upon the understanding that effective defense requires a deep integration of assessment, analysis, and action. Rather than treating security as a series of independent controls, ATLAS approaches defense as an interconnected system where each component influences and strengthens the others. The five key components are: ?? Assessment: Building a strong foundation by understanding your security posture and critical assets ??? Topology Mapping: Creating detailed models of system interactions and infrastructure dependencies ?? Landscape Analysis: Converting threat data into actionable insights ??? Active Testing: Validating security controls in real-world scenarios ?? Strategic Response: Implementing and optimizing security measures based on deep system understanding ATLAS isn't just another checkbox framework - it's a methodology that's fundamentally reimagining how critical infrastructure teams architect and sustain their defenses, all while keeping operations running seamlessly. Learn more about how ATLAS can transform your organization's security approach here:?https://lnkd.in/eYhrVCkM #cybersecurity #criticalinfrastructure #riskmanagement #securityframework

Join our co-founder and CTO Harry Thomas at GridSecCon tomorrow,?October 24,?at?1:30 pm,?where he’ll share insights on building and testing defensible architectures for critical infrastructure environments. ? Using Volt Typhoon as an example, he’ll explore key components of a defensible architecture, focusing on the selection and application of Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs) and how simulated environments can improve efficacy of protective measures against advanced cyber threats. You’ll learn how to: ?? Select and apply relevant TTPs for your environment ?? Use strategic frameworks for targeted attack simulations ?? Leverage consequence-based scenarios ?? Apply proactive security measures instead of reactive responses See you there! #GridSecCon #OTcybersecurity #criticalinfrastructure #ICSsecurity #volttyphoon North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Brian Proctor Eric Profittlich
